I am overly boring.

We're all hoping something will happen so i have ANYTHING to talk about.

I havent felt like blogging.

which is clearly no secret to you lot.

The end of school kindof took it right out of me.

My sewing final and costume final were both 10 hour projects at the very least, and i almost died.

not to be dramatic, but i'm going to go ahead and be dramatic and say it REALLY about killed me. really.

I swore that after i finished those projects, i wouldnt do anything creative for at least 2 weeks.

Just so we're clear, i dont keep my promises.

not to myself, at least.

in just a week and a half, i've auditioned for a show, started rehearsals, refinished an old side table, decorated a bit around the old casa and doodled (not on purpose, it just happens) a few costumes.

Clearly creativity is etched into my being.

And i'm not saying that to be braggy.

it just is. and i'm a virgo.

and also apparently a person that references their zodiac "chart". (not really)

What can you do.

I've felt like showing you the dress i've sewn, and the table i found at DI and refinished.

BUT, my creativity conveniently stops at taking pictures.

i never really want to.

Sometime soon, maybe.

For now, its summer..i'm taking it easy (as easy as you can take it while doing a show) and i'll probably be lackadaisical with my blogging.

I'm sure that upsets many of you as the past 2 summers i have spent my time lonely in virginia whilst my husband selfishly leaves me at home to blog whilst he provides a living.

The things we do...the things we do.

Since blogger will no longer be supplementing my sanity, we'll all have to keep in touch and play. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. *cough* (rachael and leigh) *cough*..and whoever else feels so inclined.

& i can finally breathe. sort of.

because i don't actually blog enough to keep current.

blogging has lost its allure for me and I'm not completely sure why//

perhaps its the fact that i've been busy living and haven't had enough time to show that i'm living.

maybe it's that i have a hard time portraying my life in a real light. It would be so easy to let you all think i live a way cooler life than i actually do.

besides that, my life has hit a dead stop.

my show just closed, midterms are done and Gossip Girl just became instant on netflix.

im contributing to society, obvs.

Tomorrow is friday, which marks the start of the Bengal Triathlon.

Haydn's Creation also opens tomorrow.

I'm participating in both.

I've narrowed my choices and here are the two I cant choose between:

Pros:

They look gooood

Very lightweight

I dont have to order off the internet

Cons:

I would have to get insoles

I feel like they might not be the highest quality

With said insoles, they'd be more expensive than the asics

They're a little fug

The better looking ones I'd have to order online

I have no qualms with life right now.

I'm just saying that there is nothing better than coming home and getting naked under some comfortable sweats and turning on the Netflix instant cue.

Or than making Texas Roadhouse green beans and BBQ Chicken.

Or having my Friday schedule work out so that my classes are spaced out and not boring.

Or having a night off from rehearsal so I can chill and let my feet heal from last night.

Today also planned that I would go back to school and insisted upon taking me away from the couch and my high school musical blanket.

Today felt like not being nice. Whatever. My perspective will change tomorrow, probably.

{Actually, Pretty Little Liars was good tonight. And I had taco soup with my family. Ok, today was not bad towards the end.}

Cindy Ellen rehearsal will be fun tomorrow. I like being on stage x 100. I will also like coming home and making a milkshake after 9-4 torture:).

I miss snuggling with you until we fall asleep (even if this is only for a few nights). I'm sorry you're all alone tonight, but I'm so glad you arent in that awful pain you were in earlier today. I'm glad we got your poisonous appendix out when we did, and I'm glad that you were able to talk to me before bed. Sleep tight, I'll see you tomorrow and I love you. Lots.
